Shikha Sarebahi, MD

As a rheumatologist, I have spent my career studying inflammation—the common thread that connects autoimmune disease, obesity, chronic pain, fatigue, aging, and many chronic illnesses. Valence Lifestyle & Wellness Center grew from my belief that by addressing inflammation early through nutrition, movement, metabolic health, and physician-guided wellness, we can help people not only manage disease, but often prevent it.
While modern medicine offers remarkable treatments for disease, I realized that many people are searching for something more—they want to feel healthier before illness develops, regain their energy, reduce inflammation naturally, lose weight safely, build strength, age well, and live with greater vitality.
That vision inspired the creation of Valence Lifestyle & Wellness Center @ AARC.
Valence was founded on the belief that wellness is not about quick fixes or cosmetic trends. It is about restoring balance, improving metabolic health, reducing inflammation, and helping the body function at its highest potential through evidence-based, physician-guided care.
Every treatment we recommend is grounded in medical science and tailored to the individual. Whether you are seeking physician-supervised weight management, IV nutrient therapy, body composition optimization, muscle strengthening, pain relief, or a personalized wellness plan, our goal is always the same—to help you become healthier from the inside out.
As both a rheumatologist and a lifestyle medicine advocate, I bring a unique perspective that bridges traditional medical care with preventive wellness. My approach focuses on identifying the underlying factors that affect health while partnering with each patient to create sustainable, lasting change.
At Valence, we don't simply treat symptoms—we help people build stronger bodies, healthier habits, renewed confidence, and a better quality of life.
I look forward to welcoming you and helping you begin your own journey toward lifelong wellness.
